Digital inclusion is now one of the biggest social divides. There are so many of life's necessities going online, that we feel offering digital inclousion sessions is essential to support the most vulnerable in society. We offer a whole host of events to help people access their online services, and if we can't help directly, we will do the research to ensure that people get the information they need.
Lets Get Digital: Digital Unite Event
What an inspiring day at Digital Unite’s Let’s Get Digital Northeast event, held at our very own community building in Consett.Community organisations, project leaders, digital champions and learners from across County Durham and Newcastle were brought together to focus on strengthening digital motivation, confidence and skills.The day included listening to first hand stories from organisations delivering digital inclusion workshops and taking part in practical sessions exploring how we can help others overcome barriers to getting online and make meaningful changes to better support people’s digital confidence.
Digital Inclusion Community Events
We hold weekly seessions to support the community with digital inclousion. These are informal sessions with refreshments and great company. Come long and get some help, and make new friends!
