Tow Law Eco Ambassadors Film
The ‘Tow Law Eco-Youth Ambassadors Project’ was delivered by Building Self-Belief CIO and was kindly supported by the Energy Saving Trust Foundation and Airbnb. This project supported youth-led conservation and sustainability-based activities that focused upon youth led engagement to improve and educate the wider community on the current climate crisis. Please join us on Tuesday 29th April at South Shields FC for Kye's Kick Off! This is a charity football match between Boldon School Yr 9 VS Yr 11 in memory of Kye Cunnington. All funds raised are going to Teenage Cancer Trust in Yorkshire, the Humber and the North East. ⚽️

Delves Lane Primary School Poetry Anthology Part 3
The children at Delves Lane Primary School learnt about the history of the Consett Steelworks and developed their understanding of the impact that the steelworks closure had, and continues to have, on the community. They created paintings, poems and decorated a quilt. Each group chose a photo relating to the Consett Steelworks, and wrote their own poems using poetic techniques. We hope you enjoy them!
