Our film documents and explains the impact of our Building Self-Belief programme with Year 9 Girls at Consett Academy, County Durham. The programme helps the young people to grow in confidence and encourages them to be more aspirational about their future careers. It was a privilege to work with them.

Maddy Parkin, 32. Photographer running a business specialising in wedding photography. Her main job role is taking photos of my customers' weddings, however, there is a lot of work that goes into this: editing in creative software, creating online galleries, marketing, blog posts, liaising with customers, writing and amending contracts and creating shot lists, arranging client meetings, and more. The Meadow Well Teenage | Community Links & Aspirations Programme
Building Self-Belief CIO delivered a twelve-week programme for ten Year 9 girls, selected by the Head of Year, at Norham High School. Our Wellbeing Programme has helped the girls learn how to build better friendships, have a better understanding of how others are feeling and become integral members of the local Meadow Well Community.
